+ Good location + King rooms have small kitchen
- The staff are not friendly - You have to pay before you go to the room - Inside the building is not clean, carpets etc - Internet in my room was very bad quality In general I don't recommend this hotel unless you are on budget.

Staff should explain you better of different room choices. I had to switch to a bigger room because I wasn't told I was getting a full size bed. Ac did not work.

From seeing the lobby and corridors you really consider leaving this hotel right away but actually: the room I had (one of the de luxe rooms) was of a ok size, had a small kitchen, chairs and a table to eat at and a kingsize bed. Although a bit wornout it seemed fairly clean and well located (Caltrain). And for 50 $ a night I got more than expected.
The price does not include smiles or a warm welcome. Drop the "breakfast" and take one of the cafes nearby instead. No view from the window except a narrow yard and other hotel windows. The ice machine outside the room makes noise when other guests go for ice.

That I chose to leave before staying overnight.
Smell was terrible, and the hotel was not well kept up. Lots of noise and the Pest Exterminator at the front desk when I arrived was not a good sign! I've stayed in two different hotels in the Mountain View Sunnyvale area priced less than $10 more, and they were much, much better!

The internet worked good and fast
First we booked the cheapest room through Booked.net... But as we come into the room we need to scream loud... Because this room was very small and the murphy-bed was so worn and saggy and just 1,20m wide.... So, how these managers can put two people in a room and bed like this... The carpet had many holes and it lookes more hourly hotel than " ...Inn - Hotel".... So we gone to the reception and ask for the next better room... It cost the double of the price more, but it has a big bed and relativ clean carpet (but there was also many stain on it)... But than, the next surprise... The a/c didn´t work. We asked for somebody who can look after it... But this man who comes was not equipped with any ideas... Only he said, yes, the a/c is broken, we need to call tomorrow somebody... Because there was no other room available we did not get any discount for the broken a/C... But in the night at 11pm we were notified that we can check out and get the money back... Nice idea in the night... This was tactic and not friendly... They think only on money and do nothing for comfort in the hotel...sorry for my bad english... But

I really loved the hospitality of the manager and the clean room with stove and coffee maker and relaxing jacuzzi tub. The location is very conveniently located right next to the CalTrain station, fun local shopping. And good restaurants. I travel on business and often need to work from the room and found this to be a quiet relaxing place to rest and work. Great value!

I am between houses and stayed here to try out different areas/ cities. Its proximity to the oldtown area lent itself to several enjoyable dining opportunities. The facility is not a destination resort, but it served well as a base. I made the mistake of reserving one night too few, and the staff was most helpful in retaining the belongings I had left in the room at the checkout I didn't know I had missed. What a relief to find I didn't have to schedule a dental appointment to replace the retainers I thought I'd lost!
Small details like the dripping showerhead and cracked mirror can be chalked up to the age of the building. I imagine it will be torn down soon, so for $250 for the week, I have no complaints. I did not read any reviews, so I don't know if they were accurate. I would recommend to certain adventuresome types.

We only had to stay there for a few hours, so it was ok for the price.
The breakfast was very limited and of poor quality. The room small and noisy. Although the room was no-smoking (and no smell of smoke were present), the bed sheets were burnt presumably by cigarettes.
